Corporate Finance Partner Opportunity

Meraki Talent is seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance Partner to join a dynamic and progressive Chartered Accountancy firm. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive corporate finance services, including mergers, acquisitions, and financial advisory for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance on mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, corporate restructuring, and capital raising.
  • Transaction Advisory: Oversee financial, tax, and legal due diligence, and advise on deal structuring and negotiation.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Advisory: Ensure transactions and financial strategies comply with local and international regulatory frameworks.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and network to grow the firm's corporate finance practice.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead the corporate finance team, provide mentorship, and training to junior staff, and ensure effective collaboration within the firm.
  • Specialised Financial Services: Provide IPO advisory, exit strategy planning, and distressed assets management services.

As a Corporate Finance Partner, you will lead high-profile transactions and support clients in making strategic business decisions. You will drive strategic financial decisions, guide corporate clients through complex financial challenges, and ensure smooth project delivery.
