Our client, a leading car dealership, is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead their sales team to success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and exceeding targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the sales department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
  • Monitor and control departmental expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and retention, driving loyalty and repeat business
About You:
  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Results-driven, with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations
