We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our team at ViDesigns. This full-time role begins with a three-month probationary period, where your performance will be evaluated. Successful candidates will transition into a permanent, full-time position playing a crucial role in our sales team.

Role Overview:

This is a remote opportunity located in the UK. You will have flexibility to choose your work hours but we require daily work hours to be consistent and have at least 3-6 hours of overlap with 8am - 5pm (UK time).

Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive, you'll own the sales process from prospecting to closing, collaborating with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Your ability to build strong client relationships and identify market opportunities will be key to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Cold Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential prospects to generate new leads for ViDesigns' services and products. Manage email domains and tools used for cold outreach.
  • Systems & SOPs: Create, maintain, and optimize sales systems and standard operating procedures to ensure a streamlined sales process.
  • Lead Management: Obtain and manage lead lists, warming them up through targeted outreach strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement.

Sales targets include exceeding revenue goals for this role. The salary range for this role is approximately £45,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience. Benefits include access to training programs, flexible working hours and regular performance reviews.
