Senior People Business Partner

Guidewire Software, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior People Business Partner to join our EMEA team. This role will partner closely with our executive team to drive business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute holistic talent strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with EMEA leadership to align on business priorities and culture.
  • Drive scale and growth through strategic planning, talent assessment, and change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align culture and performance with rewards strategies.
  • Analyze people data and industry trends to develop proactive solutions.
Requirements:
  • Business acumen and direct experience partnering with regional and go-to-market teams.
  • Strategic consultation and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven analytics and strategic consultation expertise.
  • Talent management and employee experience management skills.
  • Agility and ability to iterate while building long-term enterprise solutions.

Global travel will be required to align with business needs and HR team meetings. Experience representing regional business and people needs to HQ outside of EMEA is a plus. Comfort with Google suite of tools, Guidewire products, and Workday is essential.
