Job Title: Senior People Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Business Partner to join our Commercial RoW People team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional people services to our global teams.

About the Role

The Senior People Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Leading the implementation of HR 'basics' in key locations such as Brazil
  • Navigating diverse markets in different stages of their maturity and growth
  • Applying commercial acumen to their thinking and decisions
  • Solving complex problems with speed and efficiency – collaborating with support teams where needed
  • Operating in the absence of HR process/structure (with a view to create and implement these over time)
  • Being resilient in a tough environment full of challenges

The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to develop, be not afraid to get stuck in, learn lots (and fast) and be part of a great team that aspires to be the best. The opportunity will also provide significant broadening opportunity for a candidate who has ambitions to develop into a Head of People role.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
