Senior People Business Partner

Guidewire is seeking a seasoned Senior People Business Partner to join our EMEA team. As a trusted advisor, business consultant, coach, and change agent, you will partner directly with our executive team to drive cross-functional initiatives and develop holistic talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate business goals into integrated, measurable talent strategies focused on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Bring the EMEA leadership team together to align on business priorities, culture, and needs.
- Focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, talent assessment & calibration, change management, and team effectiveness.
- Work globally, but help others understand the importance of local nuances.
- Use data-driven diagnostic tools and processes to develop, assess, and monitor solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align culture and performance with rewards and reward strategies.
- Influence the design and lead execution of innovative talent management strategies and processes.
- Analyze people data and industry trends to develop proactive solutions.
- Partner with key business partners to leverage their support in executing HR strategy and business operations.
- Business Acumen: Proficient knowledge and direct experience partnering with regional and go-to-market teams.
- Strategic Consultation: Proven ability to develop and execute solutions to business challenges and influence strategic business decisions.
- Relationship Management: Ability to collaborate and proactively partner with cross-functional teams across the globe.
- Data Judgement: Extensive experience partnering with and influencing Executive leaders and leadership teams through data-driven analytics and strategic consultation.
- Talent Management: Strategic HR Expertise, Employee Experience Management, Technological Savviness, using best-in-class tools like Workday, Google suites, Zoom, and social media tools.
- Agility: Not afraid to get scrappy and iterate while building long-term enterprise solutions.
- Consultation and Presentation Skills: Creating, presenting, and editing are a standard of operating within the business partnering role.
Global travel will be required to align with business needs and HR team meetings during the year. Experience representing regional business & people needs to HQ outside of EMEA is a plus. Comfort with Google suite of tools, Guidewire products, and Workday is a must. Certification in team effectiveness tools, executive development models, and frameworks are welcomed.
