About the Role:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of Amtis - Digital, Technology, Transformation for an exciting Business Analyst position. This role involves gathering, analysing, and documenting payroll business or technical data requirements while working closely with product owners, technical specialists, and data experts.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a major Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation programme. You will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting payroll business or technical data requirements while working closely with product owners, technical specialists, and data experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyse payroll business or technical data requirements
  • Document data requirements and migration plans
  • Work closely with product owners, technical specialists, and data experts
  • Contribute to a major Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation programme
