Job Opportunity

Business Analyst – Manufacturing Automation

Location: Flexible, with a requirement for occasional onsite work

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: £450-550 per day, dependent on experience

IR35 Status: Outside

Our client, a renowned manufacturer, is seeking an experienced contract Business Analyst with manufacturing automation expertise to support the business with a manufacturing machinery / production line implementation. Working closely with a Project Manager, you will collaborate on business systems use cases for implementation of the systems and their integration with surrounding business / ERP systems. You will work with the business to map out processes, support developers, provide documentation, and train users.

Key Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing environments
  • Experience of working as a Business Analyst on Manufacturing Automation / Factory Automation / Production Line / Factory Equipment Implementation Projects
  • Experience of projects involving integration of ERP systems in manufacturing environments

Desirable

  • Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, integrations e.g. (SOAP / REST web services), ERP
