Your new role at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited involves assisting or independently completing all day-to-day duties as a Bookkeeper. These duties will consist of:

  • Collecting transactions, tracking debits and maintaining financial records
  • Balancing ledgers
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Completing data entry
  • Assisting with generating financial reports
  • Supporting with payroll and maintaining office supplies
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in bookkeeping as well as experience where your ability to track and manage financial data efficiently and accurately is demonstrated. As well as other requirements such as:

  • Documenting transaction details
  • Attention to detail
  • Invoice experience
  • Must be well-organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management

In return, you will be provided with an ongoing temporary contract working with a supportive and friendly team that will help you progress and grow. In addition to this, you will be offered a good competitive hourly rate with flexible working.
