Job Title: HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Medlock Partners Ltd. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to drive the people agenda, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR-related practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Generalist responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Provide legally compliant advice and coaching to leadership at all levels.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with code of conduct and data protection principles.
  • Strengthen relations with surrounding communities for career advice and apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Deputise for the HR Director as and when required.
  • Lead on HR projects, including data analysis and utilisation.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong Generalist HR experience at both Operational and Strategic level.
  • Experience working within Human Resources at HR Business Partner level is essential.
  • Strong influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for data.
  • Ability to travel as part of the job role when needed to other UK sites.
