About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our evolving HR team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the transformation of our HR function as our business grows.

Working closely with our newly appointed People Director, you will be responsible for developing and evolving our people strategy, as well as partnering with management to deliver business outcomes.

You will be a commercially focused HR professional with a generalist background, who is keen to bring their expertise to a new role and growing business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business growth
  • Partnering with management to deliver business outcomes
  • Providing HR operational support and guidance
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders
