Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately £41,750 per annum, based on industry standards for this role in North Lanarkshire. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a vehicle allowance and package to support your work requirements.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a HSQE Advisor, working closely with colleagues to ensure the effective implementation of our safety, health, and environmental strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on safety, health, and environmental matters to management and employees.
  • Assisting in the delivery of our Safety, Health and Environmental strategies.
  • Reporting and recording all safety-related incidents and near misses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • NEBOSH Certificate.
  • IEMA Certificate desirable.
  • Rail Sector experience.
  • Valid PTS certification.
  • A willingness to travel, learn, and adapt to new technologies.
