About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Quality and Compliance Lead to join our team at Omega Resource Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management and be able to lead our quality and inspection team.

The main responsibilities of this role include ensuring the quality management systems are maintained, updated as necessary, and continually improved. This includes ensuring all necessary recognised quality / technical approvals are retained and obtained, supervising the Quality and Inspection personnel, arranging training as necessary, and monitoring vendor ratings to ensure supplier issues are resolved.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of NADCAP, AS9100 and AS13100, and be able to ensure that all internal and external requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Quality and Inspection team to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to improve site performance
  • Monitor and report on KPI data to ensure site objectives are on target
  • Collaborate with site Management to resolve any problems that occur
  • Investigate all non-conformances to ensure root cause identified, corrective action implemented and its effectiveness reviewed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quality management and be able to lead a team. You will also need to have a good understanding of NADCAP, AS9100 and AS13100.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively and work well under pressure.
