Dynamic HR team seeks experienced professional
Fixed Term Contract - until 2026
Our client is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their dynamic and supportive HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellence in employee relations.
The role will be based at one of our client's offices, with the option to work from home. The successful candidate will be able to travel to other offices and client sites as required.
The HR team is responsible for providing high-quality advice and support to colleagues, clients, and the organization. The HR team is committed to delivering values-based professional HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and guidance to Managers with queries or cases being managed under their ER policies and procedures.
- Support effective resolution of employee relations issues.
- Ensure that all ER case work and associated processes are completed in accordance with the ACAS Code of Practices, HR policies, and good people management practice.
- Re-prioritize promptly where necessary to meet the needs and demands of the client's service.
- Develop effective written communication skills to draft employment-related letters, advice notes, and HR policies.

About Our Client:
Our client is a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo) which is wholly owned by East Lindsey District Council, South Holland District Council, and Boston Borough Council. The Company operates from its offices in Spalding, Boston, and Horncastle. The Company provides a range of services including Human Resources & Payroll, Financial Services, Procurement & Contracts, ICT (Information and Communications Technology) & Digital, Customer Contact, Revenues & Benefits, Health & Safety, and a range of Corporate Support services.
