Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team at Urban Gym Group in London. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's people strategy and culture as we grow within the fitness industry.

This role involves overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. You will also be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with legal requirements and company goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Learning & Development and experience in the fitness or related service industries. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or CIPD.

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered, along with 8% holiday pay based on annual salary, 26 holidays based on full-time employment, exchange of Public Holidays, and other benefits. Unlimited access to all Urban Gym Group locations is also included.
