Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Global Regulatory Reporting Leader to oversee our EMEA operations. This role will involve strategic oversight of BAU controls and processes, interaction with regulatory change, horizon scanning through attending industry forums, and monitoring Q&A's/Market Watches.

About the Role

The successful candidate will manage a small team responsible for all EMIR & Central Bank Regulatory Reporting obligations. Key responsibilities include providing oversight and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, leading continual improvements to both process and control environment, and ensuring compliance with EMIR & Central Bank reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
  1. Team Management: Lead a team of professionals responsible for EMIR & Central Bank Regulatory Reporting obligations.
  2. Oversight and Progress Reports: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on team performance and progress.
  3. Process Improvements: Continuously assess and improve the reporting process to ensure it meets regulatory requirements.
  4. Compliance: Ensure the team remains compliant with all relevant regulations, including EMIR and Central Bank reporting requirements.
