About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Compliance Director to join our team in London.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of directly related, comparable Compliance experience including regulatory requirements for Price Reporting Agencies. A bachelor's degree is required; law degree will be beneficial.

The Compliance Director will play a key role in a global compliance team whose mandate is to deliver a Compliance Program for the Division that is fit-for-purpose and highly effective.

Responsibilities and Impact:
  • Support the operation of the Compliance Program in the Division.
  • Provide support and oversight on Division's regulatory requirements, monitoring, reporting.
  • Provide advisory services to staff and management on significant compliance matters/issues and participate on relevant committees.
What You'll Need:
  • Estimated salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • 6+ years of directly related, comparable Compliance experience including regulatory requirements for Price Reporting Agencies.
  • A bachelor's degree is required; law degree will be beneficial.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to provide compliance training to all levels.
