Forensic Mental Health Care Professional

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Farmfield Hospital. As a qualified RMN, you will provide exceptional nursing care to adult men 18+ with forensic backgrounds and enduring mental health illnesses.
**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Mentor and support colleagues to enhance their skills and confidence
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns to the relevant authorities
