Chevron Traffic Management is a leading provider of traffic management solutions in the UK. As a Highway Traffic Management Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic during roadworks.

With a successful track record of delivering projects on time and to budget, we are now seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team.

Salary: £161.44 per hour plus company bonus, benefits and overtime opportunity.

Plus £500 welcome bonus in first pay

Location: Northampton

As a Highway Traffic Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management systems such as cones, signs, frames and sandbags. You will also be required to undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.

About the Role:

  • Install, maintain and remove temporary traffic management systems such as cones, signs, frames and sandbags.
  • Undertake traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses.
  • Assist new trainees in developing their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 12ab Traffic Management Foreman Qualification.
  • Qualified 12ab Lantra.
  • Knowledge of Chapter 8.
  • Full driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
  • Positive attitude towards work.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
