Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Management Foreman to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary traffic management systems.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary, estimated at £38,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traffic management, with experience in driving an IPV and installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management systems. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving an IPV
  • Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management systems
  • Undertaking traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings, and near misses
  • Helping and guiding new trainees

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified IPV license
  • A 12ab Traffic Management Foreman qualification
  • A qualified 12ab Lantra certificate
  • Knowledge of Chapter 8
  • A full driving license, with no more than 6 points
  • The ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
