This service provides specialized nursing support to children and families facing various complex health challenges.

We deliver clinical interventions to children in their homes, educational institutions, and other community settings. The service operates throughout the week and includes an out-of-hours on-call service.


If you are a skilled Pediatric Nurse with strong clinical abilities and exceptional communication skills, you may be the ideal candidate for our dynamic team.

This role offers the successful applicant the chance to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with children and families in a community context.


You will collaborate with the Children's Rapid Response Service, which aims to prevent hospital admissions, and the Children's Palliative Care Team, providing support to families and children with life-limiting conditions.


The post holder will manage a defined caseload of children, delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with established standards.
