We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Service Manager to join our Claims department at Tokio Marine Kiln. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of our claims service meets customer expectations through direct claims handling and service supplier management.

The successful candidate will have a general non-marine insurance market background and extensive experience handling property binder claims in the Lloyd's market. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio of complex claims and develop nominated client relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of complex claims, working closely with experienced colleagues and Senior Claims Adjusters to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Liaising with underwriting teams to support the profitable development of accounts and ensure compliance with company risk appetites.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent business relationships with key stakeholders, generating credibility and trust.
  • Ensuring the principles of conduct risk are fully understood and practiced by all team members and external service suppliers.
