Insurance Administration Assistant

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our Administration support team in Cheltenham. As an Apprentice Insurance Technician, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Technical Team and Broking Divisions, ensuring compliance with FCA and internal audit guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Document creation: gather information from files and complete standard document templates for distribution.
- Data entry: accurately enter, amend, and update data onto relevant systems.
- Management information: create and manage electronic and paper files, ensuring urgent matters are identified and dealt with promptly.
- Documentation checking.
Requirements:
- Ability to analyze and identify key information.
- Proficient knowledge of relevant systems and understanding of where to look for relevant information.
- Ability to problem-solve using knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Effective communication skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under guidance rather than close supervision.
