We are seeking a qualified and experienced Adult Social Worker to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work as part of an integrated health and social care service, providing support to individuals with learning disabilities and their carers.
As a qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting reviews of existing learning disabilities service users' current packages of care, and developing support plans that enhance service user development and demonstrate best value and community inclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Working with people with learning disabilities to increase their independence and inclusion, and to maximize their control over their lives.
- Developing and implementing support plans that enhance service user development and demonstrate best value and community inclusion.
- Conducting reviews of existing learning disabilities service users' current packages of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and be a car driver.
We offer a competitive pay rate, weekly payroll, and free access to a comprehensive online training portal worth £500 a year.
