About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Social Worker to work with vulnerable adults, providing support and assessment to ensure safe discharge from hospital. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to deliver a holistic approach to care, collaborating with staff from Enfield Social Work, Occupational Therapists, Enfield CCG, Whittington Health, and Haringey Social Work Team.

The role involves:

  • Providing support to residents of Enfield with long-term progressive health conditions, physical disabilities, older people, and their carers.
  • Working 36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation), with some staff working on site and others remotely over weekends.
  • 2 Month Temporary Contract.
  • Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance.
