Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled recruiter to join our team as an Army Career Recruiter. The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week and be based from our offices in Northampton. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a competitive salary package, including £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:
  1. Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey.
  2. IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong skills using Excel.
  3. Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment would be an advantage.
  4. Must have a UK driver's licence.
