We are seeking a Career Development Specialist to support candidates in their recruitment journey to become British Army Recruiters. This is a full-time permanent role based in Northampton, working 37 hours per week. As part of our team, you will contribute to the transformation of the British Army's recruitment service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interviewing candidates and providing a personalized recruitment experience
  • Attending attraction events to raise awareness of Army careers
  • Working with educational providers to promote Army careers
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and utilizing social media to attract candidates

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, IT literacy, and the ability to multitask with attention to detail. Familiarity with Army Careers or recruitment experience is desirable. A UK driver's license is required.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, and a chance to make a real impact on the British Army's recruitment service.
