As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as a Recruiter. This is a full-time, permanent position working 37 hours per week, with a competitive salary estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their recruitment journey. IT literacy using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong skills using Excel, are essential. Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment would be an advantage, as would holding a valid UK driver's licence.
