Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will assist the Head Chef in driving our approach to delivering high-quality food offerings. Your passion for food, attention to detail, and ability to lead a team will be essential in helping us achieve our culinary goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in developing a multi-skilled culinary team.
- Focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences, with attention to detail and a passion for food.
- Analyse and present monthly profit and loss commentaries, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct time in motion studies to identify efficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Assist with daily and weekly payroll and food cost analysis, ensuring optimal performance and correcting overspends.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a clear and influencing communication style, who can interact effectively with all levels of the team. You will have a proven track record of building and developing a guest-centric team culture, identifying and managing resources to achieve targets, and possessing a sales and profit-driven mindset.
