About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join our Marine and Offshore team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing surveys on new construction projects, in-service vessels, and marine equipment and components at manufacturers' works. You will also be required to pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline, knowledge, and awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing surveys on new construction projects, in-service vessels, and marine equipment and components at manufacturers' works, in accordance with Lloyd's Register Rules and Regulations and other applicable national and international standards.
  • Pursuing continuous professional development and maintaining a high degree of discipline, knowledge, and awareness.

Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent from a recognized organization within the relevant field of engineering or physical science or qualifications from a marine or nautical institution and relevant sea-going experience.
  • Membership of an appropriate professional institution or working towards or achieving chartered or incorporated engineering status.
  • Proficiency in the English language commensurate with the work.
