Part-time Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Part-time Community Care Specialist in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients, enabling them to live dignified and independent lives within the comfort of their own homes.

As a Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services that prioritize the unique needs and preferences of our clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their requirements, and tailoring your support to ensure their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, maintaining their dignity and personal preferences
* Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging in friendly conversations and shared activities to brighten their days
* Undertake light household duties, including cleaning and laundry, to create a pleasant environment for clients to enjoy
* Assist with meal preparation, considering individual preferences and dietary requirements
* Support clients with mobility and physical exercises, promoting healthy lifestyles and physical well-being
* Manage medication regimes responsibly, ensuring clients adhere to prescribed treatments and their health is monitored
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients. A genuine desire to help others and embodying our values in every interaction is essential. You should also be able to work harmoniously both independently and as part of a close-knit team. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable but not mandatory.
