At We Manage Jobs (WMJobs), we are committed to providing high-quality care services to individuals with disabilities. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our Occupational Therapy team, supporting adults and children with physical or sensory impairments.

The role involves working in both community and clinic settings, conducting assessments of need, and providing recommendations to enhance independence. You will also be responsible for triaging referrals and responding to immediate needs when possible.

We offer a hybrid role, allowing you to work from The Independent Living Service, Albert Road, Wolverhampton, and across the city in individuals' homes when necessary. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional care services. Your salary will be £29,093 - £32,654 per annum, with an estimated actual salary of £14,546 - £16,327 due to part-time hours. You will work 18.5 hours per week, with a two-week pattern of Monday and Tuesday (08:30 am - 16:30 pm) and Wednesday (08:30 am - 16:00 pm) in Week 1, and Monday and Tuesday (08:30 am - 16:30 pm) in Week 2.
