  • Collaborating with the Heysham leadership team, EMEA PPI Manager, Quality Manager, and VSM Operations and Planning Manager to identify key drivers of customer concerns
  • Acting as a link between Operations, Quality, and PPI to ensure the delivery of accurate products via efficient and repeatable processes
  • Contributing to a Continuous Improvement Culture through training and engagement

Additionally, you may be assigned specific projects within the division, which align with the division's strategic plan and company goal tree objectives.

Requirements include:

  • Experience leading small project groups to successful outcomes
  • Strong financial competence
  • Superb relationship management skills
  • Data analytics or data gathering experience advantageous
