Job Summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control processes are integrated into daily operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality control, engineering, or science.
  • Proven experience in quality control management, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality control issues.
  • Knowledge of quality control methods and regulatory requirements, including ISO and other relevant standards.
