Support Worker Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated Relief Support Worker to join our team in Lancashire. This role presents an excellent opportunity for you to utilise your existing experience and knowledge of working with adults with learning disabilities.
As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing practical support to individuals, enabling them to participate in community activities. You will also work closely with service users to develop personal support plans that address their individual needs. Your key focus areas will include domestic, financial, and emotional management, as well as promoting independence and self-esteem.
We require highly motivated and responsive individuals who can provide personalised support in line with the principles of recovery. If you possess a keen insight into the challenges faced by our service users and an awareness of the delivery of supported living care, we would love to hear from you.
We offer competitive compensation for this role, estimated to be around £10-12 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
