About the Job:
A talented Senior Dialysis Nurse is sought for a reputable dialysis clinic in Ipswich. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional patient care skills and have experience in renal nursing.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking the role of the Nurse in Charge, providing leadership to the team, and occasionally deputising for the Clinic Manager. They will also provide mentorship to junior staff members, take ownership of the care programs for renal patients, and perform patient assessments throughout treatment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 2 years UK experience as a Renal Dialysis Nurse, essential
- Post-registration clinical course in Renal Nursing (ENB 136 or equivalent) or working towards
- Mentorship/Teaching Qualification highly desirable
- Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
- Excellent communication skills
