About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the care team and providing mentorship to colleagues. Key duties include undertaking the role of Nurse in Charge, deputising for the Clinic Manager, and taking ownership of care programs for renal patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake the role of the Nurse in Charge
  • Occasionally deputise for the Clinic Manager
  • Provide mentorship to the team
  • Take ownership of the care programs for renal patients
