Job Description

At The Crown Estate, we are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facilities services to our customers within our managed properties.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) providing an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a defined period. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and operational excellence that The Crown Estate is known for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage facilities operations, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Oversee financial management, including budget preparation and variance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on safety, quality, and cost management.
