Paddy Power is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Customer Service Team Lead – Retail. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining shop operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Promoting retail and online products and services to customers
- Maintaining shop operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Adapting to different situations while prioritizing customer needs
