Micahel Page Logistics is a leading recruitment agency specialising in logistics and supply chain management. We are currently supporting a luxury fashion business with the recruitment of a Head of Logistics in London.
Job Title: Head of Logistics (EMEA Division)
Location: Central London
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Logistics to join our client's EMEA division. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the logistics operation across the region, including 3PL commercials and project management.
You will be required to develop and maintain key relationships with 3PL providers, track POs from creation through to delivery, and oversee inventory management across operations. This role will also involve working with the wider supply function to ensure adequate levels of stock are maintained and arrive in the appropriate locations without issue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to meet business objectives
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate commercial agreements
- Oversee the tracking and delivery of POs
- Ensure accurate inventory management across operations
- Collaborate with the supply function to ensure timely and efficient stock delivery
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain management, as well as a minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics/supply chain management operation. You will also need to have proficient computer skills, knowledge of trading laws, customs, and regulations, and experience in the premium luxury fashion industry.
