Job Title: Design Approver

Guidant Global is seeking a highly skilled Design Approver to join our Wing Plant Engineering Team (PET). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Wing Component Delivery Teams (CDTs) and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design investigations and formulate technical solutions for Manufacturing Non-Conformances and Design Investigations
  • Ensure all Design, Airworthiness, and safety requirements are met
  • Liaise with other functions to ensure a fully integrated design solution
  • Act as a lead design engineer and hold design approval signatory for manufacturing non-conformances (T200)
  • Provide guidance on technical issues and governance, and support technical mentoring for engineering team members
Requirements:
  • Motivated and self-driven with the ability to work autonomously when required
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver reliably on time, cost, and quality
  • Anticipation mindset with the ability to identify risks/opportunities and manage them appropriately
  • Currently holds Concession Design Approval (T200) or held it in the past
