**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to lead and develop a well-known market leading account in Warwick. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts, experience of managing and developing large retail accounts, and strong interpersonal skills for building trust-based relationships. You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance and production, to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximise growth opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within each key account.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each account and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for the Photo category, providing insights and recommendations to help achieve our agreed business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives.
  • Monitor individual key account performance versus plan and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for the Sales Director and the Management Team on account performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Management of two Key Account Managers and the Sales Support Coordinator.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts.
  • Experience of managing and developing large retail accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building trust-based relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tenacious, self-motivated and driven for sales success.
  • Positive attitude and initiative to exploit opportunities.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • IT proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Salary: £62,500 - £67,500 per annum, depending on experience.
