Job Description:

As a Graduate Learning Support Specialist at Academics Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable young people in a challenging school setting. The school specializes in working with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs and wellness concerns.

This is an ideal graduate role for someone with sincere aspirations to work within Criminal Justice, Probation, Rehabilitation, Trauma Support, and Psychology.

We are looking for a motivated individual who has the academic skills to raise academic attainment across a number of areas. The school offers a mix of vocational subjects such as computing, hairdressing, PE, and the performing arts, as well as a core base of Math and English.

The successful candidate will gain experience in Social Emotional and Mental Health, working with students who have Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs), SEMH needs, and associated learning difficulties.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
