Job Summary

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a well-established secondary school in Ealing, supporting students with SpLD (Specific Learning Difficulty) and dyslexia. With experience tutoring up to GCSE level, the ideal candidate will possess excellent behaviour management skills and a professional manner.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SpLD and dyslexia in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
  • Tutor students up to GCSE level, providing individualized support and guidance
  • Develop and implement effective Behaviour Management strategies to ensure a safe and respectful learning space
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in a core subject
  • Experience working with children or young adults with Special Educational Needs
  • Excellent Behaviour Management skills and a professional manner
