Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and motivated Engineering Graduate to join our 2-year fixed-term programme. As a Graduate Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to rotate through various areas of our Engineering department, gaining valuable experience and insights into the technical and race team elements of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver performance projects across multiple functions, including Design, Aerodynamics, Vehicle Performance, Race Engineering, and Strategy.
  • Work closely with all areas of the business and levels of management to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technical and race team operations.
Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or the Sciences with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent).
  • General computing skills and software knowledge appropriate to placement area.
  • Practical mindedness and a passion for motorsport.
