**Job Title:** Nursing Professional - Dementia Care Home

 

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Professional to join our team at Marina View Care Home, a state-of-the-art care facility in Preston. As a Nursing Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, who require nursing care, dementia care, and end-of-life care.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and mobility assistance
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Supporting and developing less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care

 

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Experience in a care home setting, caring for older people
  • Kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering high-quality care and support
  • Ability to work well within a team, leading, motivating, and supporting colleagues
