University College of Estate Management is seeking an experienced Disability and Welfare Administrator to join its team. The successful candidate will work closely with staff and students to provide administrative support for disability services, ensuring a smooth and inclusive experience for all.

About the Role

">

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Horizons site in Reading, Berkshire, with split working arrangements between Horizons and home. The salary for this role is up to £24,000 FTE per annum.

Main Responsibilities

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for disability services, assisting with the recruitment and induction process for new staff members, maintaining accurate records and databases, and developing and implementing procedures to improve administrative efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of disability support principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven administrative experience, a level of education or equivalent relevant to the post, familiarity with IT systems and software applications used in administrative roles, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
