Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Navro, a fast-growing FinTech company. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion into new markets.

Your Role
You will be responsible for creating new leads, connecting them to sales professionals, and arranging meetings. This will involve initiating contact with potential customers through calls or responding to inquiries generated by our Marketing Team. You will also have access to our platform to conduct research and market segmentation in our core verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning and qualifying interest
- Presenting product information to customers once their needs are identified and helping translate those needs into the Navro product roadmap
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not initially result in a closed opportunity and persisting where conviction of helping exists
- Effectively working through lead lists, meeting/exceeding SLAs, consistently updating activity and contact information within the CRM system, and supporting weekly reporting efforts
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A track record of top performance or prior success in an SDR-related role (a minimum of 1-year experience required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interest in technology and payments
- A self-starter who can operate in a hyper-growth environment with minimal oversight

Estimated Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
