Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) division, driving the growth of our pioneering payment products and technology stack. This role offers an excellent commission package and the opportunity to work with a leading FinTech business.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing your territory, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the SME sector. You will have the autonomy to structure your day and manage your pipeline, with access to comprehensive training and support from our internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SME sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activity and performance

Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: £40,000 per annum
  • Commission: Excellent commission package with realistic OTE £4000-£6000 per month
