- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring best practice and compliance with NMC standards.
- Participate in education and training initiatives, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the skills of colleagues.
- Active UK NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/EN/RN Adult)
- Post-registration nursing experience, with a strong background in acute medical nursing and neurological care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work a 24-hour shift pattern, including weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
